(Q) How do I get a PayPal account?

Selling

(Q) How can I list an item?
|
|
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?
|
|
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting the "selling" page.
|

(Q) The buyer wants a refund or wants to return merchandise. What do I do
|
|
(A) Any refunds, exchanges, etc. are to be handled exclusively between the buyer and the seller. |

(Q) The buyer hasn’t paid me and it has been over 48 hours. What do I do?
|
|
(A) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the buyer MUST pay within 48 hours. The seller may contact Gearjack if you have not received payment 48 hours or more after the auction has closed. Gearjack will attempt to contact the buyer via email. If the buyer does not respond, we may give them negative feedback. If the buyer is a repeat offender, we may suspend their account. |

(Q) I put an item up for auction, but I changed my mind and I don’t want to sell it anymore. What can I do?

(A) If you have not had a bid on your item yet, you can de-list that item. However, if you have had a bid on the item, you must sell that item. |

How to Bid

(Q) How can I place a bid?
|
|
(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid. |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
|
|
(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

(Q) Once I win an auction, what happens next?
|
|
(A) The seller of the item will contact you via email. |

(Q) I paid for the item, but I haven't recieved it yet.
|
|
(A) Try contacting the seller directly. If you have used reasonable efforts and the sell does not respond or has not provided the merchandise in question, contact us and we will try to contact the seller. If it is found that any seller is not providing merchandise for the sale of an item, they will be banned. |
