-highly skilled and have your own equipment (preferably 5+ string bass due to guitarist 7 string writing)
-have weekends free for gigs
-friendly and able to help promote/market the band and sell tickets to shows
-able to practice Sundays and the occasional weeknight
-song writing ability
-able to travel out of state for shows in surrounding cities when needed (Cleveland, NY, etc.)

-ability to play other instruments
-experience with crowds, being interviewed, diplomatic and charismatic
